Sheet Set:

A sheet is a textile material used in between the mattress and duvet. A bed sheet is a rectangular piece of fabric to cover the mattress. Bed Sheets are found in the market singly or in sets. The bed sheet comes in two forms, Fitted or Flat. The flat sheet used as a top or fitted sheet is elastic either on corners or full lining to snug into the mattress. The fitted sheet also has pockets, aka hems on the top side, bottom, or edges to fit into the bed mattress easily.

 Fabric Material:

 Sheets set made of different varieties of fibers like cotton, linen, silk, or synthetic or mixed fiber. This fiber is woven or knitted in a different pattern to form a sheet. The woven fabric includes velvet, Flannel, Denim, Chiffon, Kashmir silk, and Muslin, etc.

The knitted fabric includes single knitted fabric and double knitted fabric. The Single knitted materials are jersey, jacquard, Terry, Fleece fabric while double knitted are Rib, purl, and interlocked stitch fabric. Mostly all above fabrics are used to make sheets.
