• Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
• Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
• Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
• Delivery time is between 2 to 3 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 6 to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our sales events.
• On orders weighing more than 10 KGs will be charged Rs.50 per extra KG.

Return & Exchange Details

• We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed product with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
• Refund will be in the shape of Voucher and product replacement.
• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our provided address. Address will be provide by our representative.  
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
